Are there any extra fees?

Absolutely not. Whatever plan you choose, that is the final price.

Can I switch to another trainer?

Yes, you can choose any trainer you feel comfortable with. All of our trainers are certified. You have complete access to any of them, based on availability.

How to I cancel or change my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, unused credits will be refunded after 30 days. You must cancel 10 days in advance of the next billing cycle.

Can I postpone my membership due to emergency?

If you have a medical condition, family or business emergency, we can put a hold on your membership for up to one (1) year.

Will my unused credits rollover to the next month?

Yes they will but they only rollover for the next month. After that month, the unused credits will expire.

How long are the workouts?

Usually all the sessions are 30 minutes long, however you may use your credits to book extra time for each session.

Rescheduling/Cancelling Session

All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, or you will forfeit the cost of the class.

If I am unable to attend a session, can a friend or family member use it?

If your friend or family member is registered with the site, you may make arrangements with your trainer prior to the session. Your trainer has the right to refuse a substitution if she/he does not have time to prepare.
